Woman Makes Boyfriend Top To Let Other Girls Know He’s Taken On Nights Out

Published

on

There are certain things that are destined to go viral and this is one of them. It seems as if a woman gave her boyfriend a t-shirt with her picture on it to wear when he is out and she is not around. It reads: “If your [sic] reading this you’ve been looking at my man for too long.” Karl Hennan was given the shirt by his girlfriend, Holly Cockerill before he went out with the boys to celebrate his birthday. Along with the text, there was also a picture of Holly glaring over her shoulder. The rest of the shirt said: “This is how I’d be looking at you if I was here. HI I’m Holly, his GIRLFRIEND!”

After a photo of Karl wearing the shirt was posted to Twitter, it went viral. The picture shows Karl rolling his eyes while Holly is grinning at her creation.

She captioned the viral photo: “Don’t think Karl likes his new top I got him for his birthday x wear it with pride hun x.” The post was liked more than 12,000 times very quickly and retweeted almost 2,000 times. Holly even followed up the picture with a video. In the clip, she jokes with her boyfriend: “How dare he not wear it on the toilet!” Karl posted another tweet, asking her: “Babe I really don’t wanna wear this stupid f***ing top tonight can I take the thing off?”Holly jokingly replied: “No you best keep it on at all times, even around ya family you little b–ch.”

One commenter said they loved the idea: “Twitter is the best for giving us these ideas!” Not everybody is a fan, however, such as some who are labeling Holly as being ‘insecure’.

One person, who clearly wasn’t going along with her idea said: “How insecure… do you have to be.”Another wrote: “And I thought I was insecure but DAMN you a whole nother level.”There were also some grammar cop out and one pointed out the typo on the shirt, saying: “If YOU’RE going to print something permanent, let’s say, like a t-shirt – and make it public, you’d better make sure you’ve got YOUR spelling correct.” Holly has fi-red back at the haters, saying that the shirt was only a joke. She has been with Karl for seven years.I can’t cope with the responses to the top I got my bf,” she tweeted.

“It’s called a joke because me and my boyfriend actually like to have a laugh, it’ll be in the bin after knowing him.”Hopefully, Karl will enjoy his night out with the boys, even if he doesn’t wear the shirt.

Mom Gets Text Asking If She Knows Her Daughter Is Dating A “Black Boy,” Knows Just The Response

Published

on

By

Most parents just want the best for their child, and when it comes to their love life, the same applies. Parents just want their child to date someone who’s kind and treats them well. That doesn’t mean that they’re always on board right away when they’re confronted with their child’s significant other. Heather Boyer, who’s a mother, recently received a text regarding someone that her daughter’s dating. She confessed that she didn’t know how to respond initially after reading, but after she thought about it she decided to share her touching response with Love What Matters. Although she didn’t end up sending the message to the original person who texted her, the response still makes you think nonetheless.

Here is her answer:
“Today my daughter changed her profile picture. After maybe 5 minutes I get a text …’ I didn’t know she was dating a black boy, did you?’ It took me all day to think up a response, which I didn’t send personally but thought I would share for anyone else that ‘may not know’. Yes in fact I did know, but the color of his skin doesn’t define who he is. What does define who is he is how he treats my daughter.

I see my daughter dating a boy that comes to my house and shows me nothing but respect (a big deal in my book). It’s always Yes Ma’am, No Ma’am, we talk about football and baseball, he tells me bye when he leaves, and has not once shown me a lack of manners or respect. I see my daughter dating a boy who treats her good. He takes her on dates, to ballgames, out to eat… not to a club or partying on the weekends. I see my daughter dating a boy who takes her to church with him. Every Sunday. He plays in the band, she sits with his family. How many young men these days make church a priority? None of the others have.

He doesn’t hit her, cuss [at] her, lie to her, or make her cry. Would I rather her date a white boy that did, to keep from her dating another race? Absolutely not. So that’s my response to the question I was asked. And I know people have their own opinion, but at the end of the day, the fact that my daughter has someone that loves her and treats her like a queen makes me happy. That’s something I’ve never had in my life and I’m glad she does.”

Heather is absolutely right. No one should ever be defined by their appearance or color of their skin. Instead, we should look to what kind of person they are on the inside, if they are kind and treat others with respect. When looking for a life partner, the most important consideration should be what kind of person they are. To quote Sirius Black from the “Harry Potter” series, “If you want to know what a man’s like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals.” That should be the only thing that matters, their character as a person.

And nowadays it does seem like a chore to find a kind person that treats you well. So it is definitely amazing that Heather’s daughter has found someone who treats her well like she deserves to be treated.

The couple look very happy together, and at the end of the day, that is all that matters, not other people’s opinions. Check out the beautiful photo of the happy couple below.

Hilarious (But Real) Exchanges Between Pilots, Flight Attendants, And Passengers

Published

By

1. A pilot who was a little too honest.

On a Continental Flight with a very “senior” Flight Attendant crew, the Pilot said, “Ladies and gentlemen, we’ve reached cruising altitude and will be turning down the cabin lights. This is for your comfort and to enhance the appearance of your Flight Attendants.

2. A flight attendant’s friendly reminder.

On landing, the Stewardess said, “Please be sure to take all of your belongings. If you’re going to leave anything, please make sure it’s something we’d like to have.”

3. This flight attendant who had a pretty good point.

There may be 50 ways to leave your lover, but there are only 4 ways out of this airplane”

4. This airline that was keeping it real.

“Thank you for flying Delta Business Express. We hope you enjoyed giving us the business as much as we enjoyed taking you for a ride.”

5. This pilot who was keeping it even realer.

After a particularly rough landing during thunderstorms in Memphis, a Flight Attendant on a Northwest flight announced, “Please take care when opening the overhead compartments because, after a landing like that, sure as he-ll everything has shifted.”

6. Couldn’t agree more.

From a Southwest Airlines employee: “Welcome aboard Southwest Flight 245 to Tampa. To operate your seat belt, insert the metal tab into the buckle, and pull tight. It works just like every other seat belt; and, if you don’t know how to operate one, you probably shouldn’t be out in public unsupervised.”

7. Good thing I was always the favorite.

“In the event of a sudden loss of cabin pressure, masks will descend from the ceiling. Stop screaming, grab the mask, and pull it over your face. If you have a small child traveling with you, secure your mask before assisting with theirs. If you are traveling with more than one small child, pick your favorite.”

8. Perfect.

Weather at our destination is 50 degrees with some bro-ken clouds, but we’ll try to have them fixed before we arrive. Thank you, and remember, nobody loves you, or your money, more than Southwest Airlines.”

9. Who doesn’t love freebies?

“Your seat cushions can be used for flotation; and, in the event of an emergency water landing, please paddle to shore and take them with our compliments.”

10.

“As you exit the plane, make sure to gather all of your belongings. Anything left behind will be distributed evenly among the flight attendants. Please do not leave children or spouses.”

11.

And from the Pilot during his welcome message: “Delta Airlines is pleased to have some of the best Flight Attendants in the industry. Unfortunately, none of them are on this flight!”

12. Can’t argue with this one.

Heard on Southwest Airlines just after a very hard landing in Salt lake City: The Flight Attendant came on the intercom and said, “That was quite a bump, and I know what y’all are thinking. I’m here to tell you it wasn’t the Airline’s fault, it wasn’t the Pilot’s fault, it wasn’t the Flight Attendant’s fault. It was the asphalt.”

13.

Overheard on an American Airlines flight into Amarillo, Texas, on a particularly windy and bumpy day: During the final approach, the Captain was really having to fi-ght it. After an extremely hard landing, the Flight Attendant said, “ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Amarillo. Please remain in your seats with your seat belts fastened while the Captain taxis what’s left of our airplane to the gate!”

14. Practice makes perfect, right?

Another Flight Attendant’s comment on a less than perfect landing. “We ask you to please remain seated as Captain Kangaroo bounces us to the terminal.”

15. Little old ladies are the best.

An Airline Pilot wrote that on this particular flight he had hammered his ship into the runway really hard. The Airline had a policy which required the First Officer to stand at the door while the Passengers exited, smile, and give them a “Thanks for flying our Airline.” He said that, in light of his bad landing, he had a hard time looking the passengers in the eye, thinking that someone would have a smart comment. Finally everyone had gotten off except for a little old lady walking with a cane. She said, “Sir, do you mind if I ask you a question?” “Why, no, Ma’am,” said the Pilot. “What is it?” The little old lady said, “Did we land, or were we sh-ot down?”

16. I may have been on this flight.

After a real crusher of a landing in Phoenix, the Attendant came on with, “Ladies and Gentlemen, please remain in your seats until Capt. Crash and the Crew have brought the aircraft to a screeching halt against the gate. And, once the tire smoke has cleared and the warning bells are silenced, we’ll open the door and you can pick your way through the wreckage to the terminal.”

17. Always.

Part of a Flight Attendant’s arrival announcement: “We’d like to thank you folks for flying with us today. And, the next time you get the insane urge to go blasting through the skies in a pressurized metal tube, we hope you’ll think of US Airways.”

18. The best one.

A plane was taking off from Kennedy Airport. After it reached a comfortable cruising altitude, the Captain made an announcement over the intercom, “Ladies and gentlemen, this is your Captain speaking. Welcome to Flight Number 293, nonstop from New York to Los Angeles. The weather ahead is good and, therefore, we should have a smooth and uneventful flight. Now sit back and relax… OH, MY GOD!” — Silence followed, and after a few minutes, the Captain came back on the intercom and said, “Ladies and Gentlemen, I am so sorry if I scared you earlier. While I was talking to you, the Flight Attendant acciden-tally spilled a cup of hot coffee in my lap. You should see the front of my pants!” A passenger in Coach yelled, “That’s nothing. You should see the back of mine!”

Teen Who Was Publicly Mocked Before Homecoming Gets The Last Laugh When 13 Girls Ask Him Out [Video]

It takes a lot of guts to ask someone on a date… especially when you’re a shy, not-so-popular high school student who’s never done it before. Dakota Nelton, a high school sophomore from Gray, Louisiana, mustered up the courage to ask his friend to the homecoming dance. He’d never asked a girl out before, so this was a big moment for him. But the girl said no — and it happened in front of their classmates, who laughed and mocked Dakota, then stepped on the handmade poster he used to pop the question.

Dakota walked away from the laughing students, ruin and wanting to disappear.

“It was actually a pretty tough moment standing in a small circle with that one shake of the head and you just got to find your way out of that circle,” he told WGNO New Orleans. Making matters worse? The rejection was caught on camera and posted to social media, garnering thousands of views. People all over the country watched the poor teen being mocked and ridiculed. A few days later, Dakota arrived at school not knowing the scene about to unfold. While walking through the hallways.

He was stopped by a group of 13 girls, each one holding a sign.
